Questions US companies ask

Does my company need to register in Italy?

No. We are the legal employer in Italy. You sign one service agreement with our US company and pay one invoice in USD.

Can I convert an Italian contractor into an employee?

Yes, and it reduces the risk that the contract is reclassified as hidden employment. We move contractors and employees from other providers within about 30 days.

When should I open my own Italian entity instead?

Usually once you have a stable team or local sales. We help with the switch and transfer the employees.
