HiringItaly is the US-facing brand of EmployItaly. We employ people in Italy for companies that do not have a local entity. We do the payroll ourselves, in-house, instead of passing it to a chain of subcontractors.

We are based in Italy and work in Italian and English. We know the CCNLs, the tax office and INPS because we deal with them every month.
In-house payroll
Our own payroll specialists calculate every payslip and file every return. When you or your employee ask a question, the person who did the calculation answers.

Employee data is stored on our own servers in the European Union and processed under GDPR.
