You do not need an Italian company. HiringItaly becomes my legal employer in Italy. I work for you full time, and you get one monthly invoice in US dollars.

Why not just a contractor agreement?
If I work only for you, on your schedule, Italian authorities can treat the arrangement as employment, with back taxes and penalties for your company. Employing me through HiringItaly avoids that and gives me a normal Italian contract.
