Who owns the client relationship?

You do. We handle employment in Italy; tax planning, corporate and legal matters stay with you, and we send any such question back to you.

Will you compete with my practice?

No. We do not give tax or legal advice in the US, the UK or Italy. We run the employment and payroll, nothing more.

Is client information confidential?

Yes. Client data is used only to deliver the service, under a confidentiality clause in the partner agreement and the GDPR.

What language will my clients deal in?

English for your client, English and Italian for the employee, with contracts in both languages.

How fast can a referred client hire?

Usually within days of a signed offer for EU citizens. Visa cases take longer, and we give the timeline with the quote.

When should my client open an Italian company instead?

Usually once the team in Italy grows large or the client needs to sign contracts and invoice locally. At that point we help move the staff across and the incorporation goes to you.
