Prices are set in EUR. Each invoice is issued in USD at the EUR reference rate of the invoice date, so you pay from a US account with no FX surprises on our side.

What you pay on top of our fee
The employment cost of your employee: gross salary (RAL), employer social security (INPS), injury insurance (INAIL) and the severance accrual (TFR).. See what each item is and an estimate.
Each month we invoice the real payroll of that month, with the payslip summary attached: overtime, bonuses, absences and raises are billed as they happen.
Billing terms: one month's estimated cost as a refundable deposit at start, then each month paid in advance and adjusted to actuals on the next invoice.
